We purchased our home in Peoria about one-year ago and found Char and Steve as a recommendation that came from our community social media forum. We are currently using our Peoria home as a second home, so Char and Steve have been wonderful in terms of checking in on it every two weeks. They watch for any issues within our home and let us know quickly if something doesn’t look right. This is the peace of mind we were looking for when we are away from our home.
