AZHHW is a husband and wife company owned by Steve and Char Paynter.

Steve moved to Arizona in 1978 and has over forty years of Home Building and Construction Management experience. Over his career, he has managed the construction of hundreds of homes and is a true craftsman focusing on every detail. Steve’s Customer Service and Care provided peace of mind and assurance for his homeowners.

Char is an Arizona native with over forty years of Commercial Construction and Property Management experience. She has several certifications including Quality Control from the Army Corp of Engineers. Char has managed multiple properties with a priority on her client’s needs and concerns.

Living in Arizona throughout our construction career it became apparent that there was an increasing and important need for Expert Home Watch Services as there are numerous rental property owners, second homeowners as well as snowbirds and travelers.

Together we bring extensive and detailed knowledge of home management. We believe in partnering with our clients, understanding their specific needs and concerns, and providing peace of mind for them while they are away from their Hacienda.
